Prosecutor: No One Will Be Charged In Case Of Fatal Shooting Of Cincinnati Cop

Cincinnati police dash-camera video from the June fatal shootings of an officer and armed suspect show the suspect advancing toward a another officer while pointing a gun. Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters says no charges will be filed against officer Tom Sandmann in the death of 21-year-old Trepierre Hummons, who he says shot and killed officer Sonny Kim. The video shows Hummons standing near Kim's body. He turns toward the cruiser after it arrives and advances with gun raised. The video shows Hummons' hands fly upward; then he appears to turn back toward Sandmann just before disappearing from view.
