Father Pleads Guilty To Running Over Son

An undocumented immigrant has pleaded guilty to charges of running over and killing his son. A sentencing date is pending for Natividad de Jesus Hernandez, who pleaded guilty in Union County to forgery and negligent homicide charges.  Hernandez admitted to accidentally running over his 4-year-old son in 2013 when the boy fell out of his van while the man was fleeing a construction site. Prosecutors say he was looking to steal scrap metal
