Three Chillicothe police officers are under investigation for their handling of a domestic violence call that ended with one accused of sexually assaulting the victim. City officials say it started this month at a hotel bar when off-duty officer Brandon Mather met the woman while her boyfriend was being arrested. Mather was later accused of assaulting the woman at his home. Two officers who were on duty are accused of mishandling the initial call.
