Recent inspections by Columbus Public Health found no evidence of rat problems in Franklinton. Inspectors looked at 408 properties, and only 2 percent had food sources rats could access. Those sources are what's behind a rat problem in Clintonville found in 2013. Inspectors also examined the South Linden, Harrison West and the OSU campus neighborhoods. The neighborhood inspection will be on the Hilltop.
