A Ross County Jail inmate who escaped earlier this week has been recaptured. Sheriff's deputies say Charlie Dollarhide assumed his cellmate's identity to be released early. Dollarhide was arrested a short time later at his Chillicothe home. He's facing escape, forgery and identity fraud charges on top of several misdemeanors.
