The owner of a Pickaway County gaming parlor has pleaded guilty to charges of money laundering and operating an illegal casino. The charges stem from an Ohio Casino Control Commission investigation against Stephen Cline, who allegedly was paying cash prizes and operating 140 illegal gaming machines at his facility near Circleville. A sentencing date is pending.
