Alleged Home Invader Killed By Resident

Columbus police say a man who attempted to break into a home was shot and killed by a resident on Sunday. Police say 26-year-old Tory Jones broke into a Duxberry Avenue home and was shot and killed by 36-year-old resident Darryl Francis. Police have not said if charges will be filed.
