Construction could begin as early as April on a major expansion of Grant Medical Center. Hospital officials are scheduled to meet with city planners today to unveil a proposed bone and joint center expansion on Town Street. That project along with planned improvements to existing trauma and heart care facilities are expected to cost more than 33 million dollars.
