Hocking County Prosecutor Candidate Charged With Sexual Battery

A candidate for Hocking County prosecutor was arrested this week on two counts of sexual battery. 36-year-old Jason Sarver is accused of having relations with a court-appointed client while working as a defense attorney. He's free on 25 thousand dollars bond. Sarver is running unopposed in next month's Republican primary.
