The former local seminary student accused of trying to adopt young children for sex has been indicted on charges of aggravated sexual abuse and traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual contact. Federal prosecutors say Joel Wright was arrested in San Diego last month after trying to get into Mexico to buy an infant. He was a student at the Pontifical College Josephinum.
