Delaware County prosecutors have a week to decide whether they'll retry a chess teacher for alleged sex crimes against two students. A mistrial was declared in F. Leon Wilson's trial yesterday after the jury was unable to reach a verdict. Wilson has denied claims that he fondled the four- and seven-year-old girls during lessons at their schools.
