Police Make Arrest In Local Triple Shooting

Columbus Division of Police

Columbus police have arrested a suspect in a Friday shooting on a parking lot at an east side market that left a 7-year-old boy dead and another child and a man wounded. Police say 18-year-old Marctarius Grace is charged with killing Deonte Fisher, a passenger in the vehicle belonging to his parents. Police say a 5-year-old boy and 19-year-old Rayquan Holloway are hospitalized in stable condition. Holloway and the children were in a car that was sprayed with bullets in a parking lot near East 5th and Peters Avenues. Police have not disclosed a motive, but court documents show Holloway knew Grace, and Grace told police Holloway is the shooter.
