The latest survey by Manpower incorporated shows central Ohio businesses expect solid hiring numbers this spring, despite worries about the strength of the economy. 20 percent of employers in the Columbus area expect to hire workers; 4 percent say they will reduce their staffs, and 75 percent say they will maintain their staffing levels. Hiring is expected to be solid in most sectors. The economy grew by 1 percent in the final quarter of 2015, but added 242 thousand jobs last month.
