Delaware County Sheriff's Official Punished For DUI

A Delaware County Sheriff's sergeant is being demoted and suspended for three days for driving under the influence. Sheriff's officials say the punishment for 41-year-old sergeant Jon Burke results from a probe of two incidents last July. Officials are not releasing any details. Burke has been disciplined at least three times since 1999.
