The Mayor of Youngstown and the former Mahoning County auditor were sentenced Monday to one year of probation on corruption charges. Mayor John McNally and former Auditor Michael Sciortino were indicted for efforts to stop county offices from being moved from a building owned by a wealthy developer to one owned by the county. A jury last week convicted a third defendant, attorney Martin Yavorcik, for his role in the case.
