Heidelberg University in Tiffin has hired former Ohio State marching band director Jon Waters as its band director and a music education professor. Waters will start on July 1. He was fired in 2014 after OSU said he ignored a sexualized culture in the band. Waters has disputed those findings and has filed lawsuits against the school.
