Former State Wildlife Director Found Dead In His Home

Fairfield County Sheriff's deputies say a former Ohio Division of Wildlife director appears to have died of natural causes on Wednesday. The body of 50-year-old Scott Zody was found at his home near Sugar Grove. Zody served from November 2011 to October 2015, when he took over as deputy Fairfield County Auditor. He also served on the Berne Union school board. Funeral arrangements are pending.
