Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Reggie Rucker is now facing assault and menacing charges in connection with a fight at a golf course in Highland Hills last weekend. Police say Rucker grabbed 28-year-old Timothy Urbancic by the throat and pushed him Saturday afternoon. Police say the confrontation happened while Rucker tried to take a shot on the eighth hole, because he felt Urbancic and his group were playing their radio too loud. The 68-year-old Rucker is awaiting sentencing for embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from charities.
