A Franklin County grand jury has declined to indict two Columbus police officers in the fatal shooting of a man who they said struggled with one officer and reached for a gun. 25-year-old Deaunte Bell was shot and killed last October. Prosecutors say he was a passenger in vehicle that was stopped by officers and failed to comply with orders to keep his hands up.
