Hilliard Boy Dies By Accidentally Shooting Himself

Hilliard police say a 10-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself yesterday. Police say Colin Fraley died at his family's home. Counselors are being made available today for his classmates at Scioto Darby Elementary School.
