Charges Dropped Against Two Men Accused In Local Gas Station Shooting

Charges against two men accused in a 2014 shooting at a North Side gas station have been dropped after a key prosecution witness failed to show up to testify. A Franklin County judge dismissed the charges against 18-year-old Michael Henderson and 22-year-old Michael Watson Junior, but allowed prosecutors to refile them at a later date. The two were charged with shooting into a car outside a station at 5th and Lexington avenues. One person was killed and another was wounded.
