The U.S. Census Bureau says Delaware County is the fastest growing county in Ohio. Delaware had double-digit population gains in several communities, including Ostrander, Galena and Sunbury. County officials say those new residents are causing more traffic headaches, so 114 million-dollars will be spent over the next five years to widen roads and relieve congestion.
