The mother of two boys found seriously beaten at a Middletown motel before one of them died has been indicted with another woman on charges of murder, child endangering and kidnapping. 26-year-old mother Theresa Hawkins-Stephens and 29-year-old Rachel Bostian are two of three people charged in the case. 56-year-old Ramona Bostian is charged with one count of obstructing justice. 5-year-old Alexander Stephens of Licking County died April 29. Authorities say the boys were beaten by their mother and her friend while staying in a tent near the Great Miami River.
