Judge Orders Death Penalty For Convicted Triple Murderer

A convicted sex offender has been sentenced to death for killing three women and dumping the bodies near his east Cleveland apartment. 38-year-old Michael Madison never contested his guilt at trial but argued against a death sentence. A judge on Thursday went along with the jury's sentencing recommendation. The father of one of them victims leapt over a table to attack Madison in court yesterday minutes after the judge pronounced the sentence. Van Terry is the father of victim Shirellda Terry.
