Ohio State University's Board of Trustees has approved the school's comprehensive freeze on tuition and fees for in-state undergraduate students. In April, the board approved a plan to keep tuition and mandatory fees unchanged. Friday, the university said housing and dining fees will also be frozen. The university says it will expand the President's Affordability Grants, which will now provide 20-million-dollars in financial aid to qualified low and middle income students. In-state tution will stay at 10 thousand dollars, while housing costs will hold steady in the range of 61 hundred to 79 hundred per year.
