NWS Says Weekend Tornado Touched Down In Columbus

The National Weather Service has confirmed a tornado touched down Saturday night on the northeast side. No injuries are reported out of the EF-0 tornado, with wind speeds of 65 to 85 mph.Some homeowners reported damage to their roofs and siding. Strong storms Sunday downed trees and power lines and left parts of Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky without power. It will remain closed today because of damage to power lines.
