A central Ohio couple is awaiting their day in court on charges of allowing their 15-year-old son to drive them to Cedar Point after they became intoxicated. The Ohio Highway Patrol says Timothy McCoy and Michelle Kirk were arrested Saturday after a traffic stop on State Route Two in Erie County. The patrol says the pair was tested, and their blood-alcohol level was three to four-times the legal limit. The teen did not have a driver's license or learner's permit.
