Charges Against Mayor's Father Dropped

Prosecutors have dropped assault and domestic violence charges against Columbus Mayor Andy Ginther's father. Prosecutors say they cannot locate the alleged victim of 69-year-old Jeffrey Ginther. He was charged with hitting his 19-year-old granddaughter at an Upper Arlington home last April. The charges may be reinstated if the alleged victim comes forward.
