Police Charge Ex-Husband Of Licking County Woman Charged With Killing Her Boyfriend

The ex-husband of the Licking County woman charged with killing her boyfriend has been charged in the case. 34-year-old Kyle Johnston faces a tampering with evidence charge. Investigators are not saying what role Johnston may have played in the death of Larry Hannah. 31-year-old Bobbi Proehl, a former state prison guard, has been charged in Hannah's death. No word on a motive, but Hannah filed a protection order against Proehl in 2013.
