Columbus police have identified two suspects in a shootout on an east side freeway earlier this month. 22-year-old Javon Lyons is in custody and 32-year-old Robert Harris is at-large. Police say the two are accused of killing 26-year-old Perry Tuttle Junior during an exchange of gunfire between two vehicles on westbound I-70 near James Road on July 15. 25-year-old Dorrell Taylor, who was in Tuttle's vehicle, was wounded in the exchange that followed an earlier argument.
