Man Killed At Hilltop Apartment Complex

Columbus police are investigating a fatal weekend shooting at an apartment complex. Police say 26-year-old Cecil Johnson was killed at the Hartford On The Lake apartments in the Hilltop neighborhood. No word on a motive or suspects.
