Bond Set For Suspect In Rape On OWU Campus

A man is being held on 250 thousand dollars bond for allegedly raping a woman on the Ohio Wesleyan University campus in late June.  29-year-old Brandon Ward faces rape, sexual battery and theft charges.  Delaware County prosecutors say Ward knew the 21-year-old alleged victim, who had invited him into her home for food and a movie.  Ward is also charged with stealing several hundred dollars from the alleged victim.
