A Michigan man has been arrested on a felony drug-trafficking charge after 24 concertgoers became ill from eating THC-laced candies at a rap music festival in Richland County Saturday night. 28-year-old Matthew Gross is awaiting arraignment. A spokesperson for a Mansfield hospital said Sunday 24 attendees of the EST 2016 festival at Ohio Dreams sports camp in Butler were treated after ingesting the candy packets.
