Former Ohio State University running back Bri'onte Dunn pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of domestic violence and assault. Dunn allegedly hit and choked his girlfriend on July 17 at the woman's northwest side apartment. Court documents also indicate the alleged victim filed for a civil protection order shortly after the incident. Dunn was kicked off the team on July 18 for an undisclosed violation of team rules, and was arrested on Sunday. He is free on his own recognizance pending his next court date.
