A former Wellington School teacher convicted of recording students with a hidden camera has been released from prison pending his appeals. A Franklin County judge released Lawrence Dibble on a personal bond, despite ruling the search warrant that uncovered evidence at his Dublin home in 2010 was valid. Dibble's four-year sentence is scheduled to end before his appeals are exhausted.
