General Electric To Close Circleville Plant

Hundreds of General Electric workers in Circleville will be out of a job by this time next year. The company announced yesterday its light bulb factory will close in August 2017, citing a drop in demand for its incandescent and halogen bulbs. At least 200 people work at the plant.
