The Ohio Highway Patrol says a Columbus security guard stole state-owned property. The Patrol says Jeffon Champion stole thousands of dollars worth of electronics while performing his rounds at the Rhodes and Riffe office towers. Authorities suspect he used an all-access keycard to steal items from six different state agencies over the course of three months.
