A Pickerington City Council member has pleaded not guilty to charges of speeding and drunken driving. Police stopped 35-year-old Brandon Ogden last Saturday after he watched an Ohio State football game at a bar. Police say he refused to take a breathalzyer test and subsequently failed a field sobriety test. Police say Ogden became angry, used foul language and reminded officers he was on City Council. Ogden is free on a recognizance bond and has declined comment.
