The man charged with kidnapping and raping a 16-year-old girl in Westerville over the summer has been arrested. U.S. Marshals say 21-year-old Samuel Sharifi was taken into custody without incident last week. He is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday. Sharifi has been indicted on charges stemming from a June attack in which authorities say he abducted and raped a teen girl.
