Police ID Standoff Suspect Found In Burning Home

The burglary suspect who died in a Columbus house fire has been identified. Police say 24-year-old Devin Toles died Monday night on Taylor Avenue after setting fire to a house she had broken into. Toles' mother says she was a heroin addict who stole things to support her habit.
