Plans are in the works to reduce traffic congestion in Delaware County. Ohio Department of Transportation officials want to extend Africa Road to a new interchange at Wilson Road. It was the winner out of three proposals to keep vehicles moving along routes 36 and 37 off I-71. Construction on the 162 million dollar project could begin as soon as 2018.
