Columbus police have arrested a second suspect in a quadruple shooting on Tuesday that claimed the life of a 2-year-old girl. 22-year-old Jaquon Poindexter was arrested yesterday. 2-year-old Amiyah Bice was killed in the shooting. Her parents - 28-year-old Julian Bice and 25-year-old Jessica Stanford - were wounded, as was 51-year-old Norman Burke, who has been charged in the case. Police say Burke and Poindexter opened fire on Parkwick Drive, striking the toddler and her parent before Burke was wounded. Burke and Poindexter face murder and felonious assault charges. Police have not released a motive in the case.
