A former University of Cincinnati football player is hospitalized in critical but stable condition after being injured early Saturday in a crash in Columbus. Police say 26-year-old Isaiah Pead lost control and went off I-670 after hitting a guardrail and several trees. He was ejected. Pead was recently released by the Miami Dolphins.
