Former Niles Mayor Ralph Infante has been indicted on a racketeering charge for his alleged involvement in bribery, theft in office and illegal gambling. Infante's wife and a city employee have also been indicted for their roles in the case. Prosecutors say Infante received nearly 200 thousand dollars in unreported cash, income and gifts and ran an illegal gambling house at a tavern he owned.
