The suspect in a fatal east side shooting is scheduled to appear in court today after six months on the run. U.S. Marshals arrested 21-year-old DeAnthoni Truss yesterday after a standoff and exchange of gunfire at a Hutchinson Avenue hotel. Truss is charged in a June shooting on East Fifth Avenue that left one man dead and two others wounded.
