A Columbus man will serve seven years in prison for his role in a fatal home invasion in Reynoldsburg. Prosecutors say 20-year-old Keontae Hopkins is one of four people who participated in the robbery at a Priestly Drive home in September of last year. An occupant shot and killed one of the robbers, Joshua Collins. 18-year-old Nyshawn Ramsey was sentenced to 12 years in prison. 27-year-old getaway car driver Eric Brown is scheduled for sentencing in January.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
