The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled police dashcam video is a public record that should be released upon request. The justices say some portions of videos may be shielded on a case-by-case basis if deemed part of an investigation. The ruling came in a challenge filed by the Cincinnati Enquirer against the Ohio Highway Patrol.
