Jury Finds Short North Posse Member Guilty Of Murder

The last member of the Short North Posse gang to plead guilty or be convicted at trial was convicted by a jury on murder charges yesterday. Sentencing is pending for 24-year-old Johnathan Holt for his role in the robbery and fatal shooting of 31-year-old Quincy Battle in March of 2010. 20 gang members have pleaded guilty or been convicted on a host of murder and drug-related charges.
