Preliminary Report Says West Liberty High School Shooter Asked Victim To Kill Him

New details are emerging from last week's school shooting in Champaign County.  Sheriff's deputies released their preliminary report yesterday, showing 17-year-old Ely Serna hid in a bathroom stall until students were changing classes at West Liberty High School. The report says after he shot 16-year-old Logan Cole, Serna asked Cole to shoot him, but Cole refused.
