Arrests Made In Fatal Hilltop Shooting

Columbus police have charged two people with a fatal shooting this past Monday on the Hilltop. 22-year-old Devante Harris and 24-year-old Hakeem Johnston are charged with shooting and killing 23-year-old Laquam Gratsy at a South Ogden Avenue home. No word on a motive.
